30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@mybasketo.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (UK orders)
3. Pop the item in its original packaging and drop it at your nearest Post Office
4. Refund processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the return

Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Sale items and personalised products are final sale.

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges. Simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd prefer. This is usually faster.

Damaged or Faulty Items?

If something arrives damaged or isn't working properly, email us with a photo. We'll send a replacement immediately — no need to return the faulty item.
